Need tips on the color paint suitable for rental property
I recently bought a duplex. This is my first attempt at being a landlord. When I bought the house one side was already occupied but the other was vacant. The vacant side needs a bit of work. My question is, what type of paint do you recommend to paint the interior of that unit?

We always stick to these three rules: 1) Pick a finish that can withstand a little punishment. 2) Pick a neutral color (beige, light gray, etc.) that goes with anyone's decor. 3) Use the same paint in every property you own and keep a bucket readily available when it is time to touch things up. This saves us hours of time and labor costs.
