I am headed to Memphis next week to look at some deals. Does anyone have any recommendations for areas or properties.

If I were you I suggest looking at he downtown/midtown areas of Memphis Tn for multi family, industrial or commercial revenue property to hold. Between $100,000 and $3,000,000.
Based on your price point you will find some gems!!
