Hi, Im looking for any advice on going all in on investing passively with my IRA on a syndication. I have a great relationship with the syndicator and I understand syndication. Just want advice or thoughts on going all in with my IRA in Multi Family and get it out of wall street. Any information is very much appreciated. Thank You

@Chad Erickson it sounds like a good idea. I may suggest breaking up your investment across 2-4 deals depending on how much you're looking to invest. One of the things to keep in mind when investing with an IRA account is that you do not get the benefits of depreciation because of the type of account your investing with.

If you're looking for advice on what custodian to use, I can recommend a company that all my investors go to and they have had zero issues.
