Labeling what’s a unit in a condo. If the bedrooms are units.
If a condo is listed as a 2 Bed room/2 Bath, are those separate units? I.e., 1 unit a 1 bedroom/ 1 bath & the other unit 1 bedroom/ 1 bath. This may be a simple question but I’m honestly not sure & a little confused about the whole “unit” thing.
