Well water for apartment building
Hi Everyone. I'm looking to purchase a 12 unit apartment just outside Ashville, NC. I like the property based on OM and financials supplied by the seller. I found out this week the the apartment is fed via WELL WATER. Has anyone had experience regarding this area with regards to well water feeding such a large multi-family unit? My biggest concern is that it may run dry. I know risk is supposedly small, but how do you go about making sure it will sustain the occupancy? Thanks in advance for your insight.

@Vernon Chiu not sure in your area but in east Texas we have labs all over the place. You can literally just take samples of the water and send to lab for full analysis. Google water testing services and give one a call. Pretty reasonably priced and fast.
