I am looking to purchase an apartment building and would like to learn more. I know that this is considered to be more commercial property and therefore there are different rules and different methods of financing as compared to traditional single family homes.

Can anyone recommend books for me on this subject?

Thank you!

Joe Fairless' Apartment Investing book is one of the best. It's a lot of nuts and bolts advice that is actually actionable.

I haven't read Michael Blank's book, but he is a knowledgeable source and it has a lot of great reviews.
