What tool do you use to track potential investors?

As list of potential investors grow a simple spreadsheet won't cut it anymore. What kind of low-cost CRM tools have you guys used? For example I would like to be able to mark progressions/reminders to reach out to investors:

1. Mark stages the investor is in (initial contact, met in person/over phone, qualified as suitable investor, notes etc)

2. Be able to send reminders to follow up, say hi after 6 - 12 months, birthday reminders, etc

3. Able to put in pictures, other details about the investor

4. Integrate with mailchimp etc.

Thanks.

@Tony Lin Our group uses Active Campaign for communications and then we use AirTable to keep track of investments.
