I have a question:If I were to fha my way into an four plex as an owner occupant, does the fourplex have to be connected .  Can it be two duplexes on the same lot?

@Justin Heitter this is not legal advice by any means... But if it is zoned properly, all on the same lot like you say then I don't see the problem and their should be a lender/loan officer in your area that can make it work. I would just start every officer in the area and see who will finance you. The answer is NO until you ask... so start asking right now!!
