VA home loan & BRRR

I'm an USAF veteran looking into buying a fourplex in the Sacramento area, using my VA homeloan. This will be my first time using the VA homeloan and would like to utlize the BRRR strategy and house hack (live in one unit and rent out the others). My question is, can I do this using the VA Homeloan and are there any tips/tricks/videos/books I should be aware of to help gain knowledge?

Thank you in advance,

Justin M.
