Commercial loan time frame
Hello bigger pockets members. This is my 1st as post as a newbie. I have a question about a 6 door multi family apartment. What is an average time frame to close on a commercial loan when an offer is accepted, contract signed. Started working with a local bank but I think I need to look at other financial institutions. Thank you
