Grants for real estate investors in Stockton, Ca?

Hi all. Just wondering if there are any fellow Stockton, Ca investors out there and if they have any info on grants for us landlords in this area. I'm thinking grants for making the outside of the property look nice, particularly near the Open Window Project area. I will be making phone calls to the city to get some information but wanted to ask here first. Thanks!
