Study guide to track my learning?
Hi Everyone!
I am starting to learn about real estate investing. I’ve been watching some webinars, listening to the podcast, reading the forums, and I plan on buying David’s book in the next couple of weeks. I was just wondering if there was a checklist or any tips on what I should be learning? Like a study guide ? Im picking up on the 2% rule. I know I still need to learn about the legalities behind all this. I’m learning how to analyze and I’m saving towards a down payment hopefully for six months down the road.
Thanks everyone!
