Insight On Cash Flow Markets

Wondering if anyone would be willing to share some insight on good cash flowing markets. Looking to pull at least $2000 a month per property. Just dumped $100,000 cash into Orlando market and realizing the market seems dry for that kind of cash flow with a buy and hold. So trying to find a way to get back on track. I’m looking preferably any market from Florida to Boston but open to any area if cash flow is right. Thank you!!
