Rental property insurance

Hi, I am new to real estate investing. About to close a rental property under my LLC's name, currently looking for insurance policy. Unfortunately, I have been getting mixed information. One agent told me that I have to purchase an insurance policy for my LLC, which is very expensive here in NJ comparing owning the rental under mynname, and he can't sell me policy for the rental under LLC. Another told me that the insurance policy/premium for rental is the same, doesn't matter who owns it. And many I talked to told me that they wouldn't sell policy to rentals that are owned under LLC. I am about to close, could really need some good advice. Could someone please help with the myth here? Thank you very much!
