My friend has 250k cash free and clear, with good credit and only car payments loan, also he does not own a house and he does not need one now, cash flow is the most important thing for him now. How can he make the most cash flow out of 250k ? Should he buy multiple duplexes and use it all on down payments ? Other ideas ?? Thank you
