Insurance coverage outside the norm?

I am in the insurance business and am wondering what is becoming more desirable to property owners?  For example, most policies include the standard Replacement Cost Coverage, Loss of Rent/Income Coverage, Equipment Breakdown, Water Damage, Wind and Hail, Sump-pump and Sewer Back-up coverage, etc.

Are any investors purchasing Data Breach or Cyber Liability Coverage?  I could see this benefiting larger operations that hold sensitive information of many tenants.

How about Employer's Practices Liability Insurance?  If you are employing leasing agents, etc. is this something you are purchasing?

Finally, how about liability limits?  I am quoting $2 million per occurrence and $4 million aggregate as a staring point.  What do you choose for your properties?

Anything else?  Any Questions?
