Is it possible to get an investment company to raise the capital I need. I understand that they could be and should be part of the deal. If so how can I locate such companies. I am from the Long Island New York area.

@Vincent Catanzaro you'll be best suited to network in the syndication world and be ready to show your own experience. There are a number of multifamily networking events in the NY Metro, which are run by folks who can and do close deals $10MM plus. Get out to those groups every time they meet and build some relationships!
