Which part of the process I need to hire inspector
Hey there
First I want to say that I'm starting to learn about real estate here and it's amazing place!
My question is on which part of the process I need to take inspector?
If I hire an inspector and he found a lot of problmes
Probably I won't purchase the price.
Technically, how it could be happening in any property I want.
How I can optimizing the process from the beginning until I get the keys?
Thanks for help!
P.s.
Sorry if I have a grammar errors, English isn't my primary language:)

1. If the property is listed, ask the listing agent if an inspection has been performed. If yes, this is a good starting point (but you should always do your own too).
2. Write contract with inspection contingency of X days (window of X depends on how competitive is the market and how hot is the property). In this time you will be responsible for paying the inspector and reviewing their report.
3. If you find unexpected things, then this is opportunity to go back to seller and negotiate. If nothing unexpected, you just brought yourself peace of mind.
Hope that helps & all the best :)
