Can some one suggest on gap funding is it real ?

Hi just checking , as we have the first deal on commercial property which is a great buy and hold rental office condo with great income .We are coming to a point as I could not find a gap lender for down payment  after talking to many lenders , and even the guy said who is working on 80 % loan said not sure now , we almost  backing out from the contract .otherwise will lose 10,000 earnest deposit . Please can some one suggest a gap lender and a legit direct lender who can finish on time may be with in 2-3 weeks or 4 weeks . Sept 5 th is the due diligence period end date . As we are new to this real estate investment learning a lot . A lot of scammers and unfortunately I sent out a lot of information including my tax statement etc . which is scary
