Hello,

We just recently purchased a 2 unit Investment property which we are rehabbing and turning into 3 units currently. We purchased the house in our name, but want to move it into an LLC and refinance. We're also looking to develop 4 new units on the lot and will need financing for this as well. Can anyone tell me what the best commercial loan route to take here might be? Interested in recommendations on commercial lenders in Southern CA.

Thanks,

Nicole
