Hey BiggerPockets - So my partner and I are looking for a general contractor with multi-family experience. We have a project in Los Angeles that is RTI, paid for and ready to get going. It is a 5 unit. 3 stories (bottom floor is the garage). We are looking for someone to get us through drywall and we could pick up on the finish work.
