@Geoff Garber, I appreciate the shout out. Most larger QI firms will all work nationwide because 1031 is a federal statute that is practiced exactly the same nationwide. There are some state nuances in a couple of states with regard to state treatment. But Texas especially makes it easy with no state income tax to worry about.
