Can a College Student get into the real estate business?

Hi everyone! So I am entering my senior year of college, and running a small bookkeeping business. Is there any way I can get into the apartment buying business? I know the odds are stacked against me, but I am not one to back down from a challenge. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
