Using VA loan for first investment.
I am currently in the process of financing a multi family through a VA loan for which I would have to owner-occupy for at least 1 year. Once I have property I would like to get it fully rented (of course). After that, I would like to invest pretty aggressively but smart. I hear so much about wholesaling, flipping, etc...
What are some creative ideas that I could use to achieve my real estate goals of aggressively diversifying my portfolio?
