New Construction Costs (Multi-Family) in the Northeast?

From what I can tell, it seems like new construction costs are pretty inflated at this time. Does anyone have an idea of what the average cost per square ft. is in new construction? Specifically using builder grade materials and not a fully custom home. 

For context, I'm considering building a multi-unit property and want to get an idea of what I could expect to pay.
