Purchasing a Home with Little Work History?
I resigned from my day job in retail banking a little over 4 months ago and have been selling homes full time. I was employed for over 4 years. I would like to purchase a 4 unit multifamily home and use it as a primary residence. However, without the consistent income, what are my options? I do have a credit score over 700 and have some savings to put towards a down payment.
