What to read/watch to start out in MFA?

New to BP and MFA. I've been to a few seminars and poked around with some blogs and podcasts. My question is what are the "good" ones for podcasts/blogs, books or whatever. Tons of info out there, just want to make sure I start with the higher end of them.

Thanks

@Grant Sadlowski You'll probably end up figuring that one out for yourself unfortunately. There are a lot of great mentors out there, but also a lot of bad ones. A good start is reading what @Brian Burke posts on here. He has some really great advice that has helped me immensely.
