Best way to search for smaller multifamily properties

Hi, very new here. I'm sure this has been covered but asking anyway. Looking for duplexes through quadplexes in philly, mostly close to the city and south philly in particular. We're going to be reaching out to some realtors in the coming weeks but I wanted to get a head start. I have to assume it's not just zillow, correct?
