Property Management Fee for 20-unit property
What is the typical you see for PM fee for a 20-unit property that has average rents of $850/month/unit? It would not require personnel on staff.
I understand that varies market to market but in Charleston, the management fee on SFR is 9-10%.

Usually the same. 10% for smaller multi can get down to 5% over 50
