Purchasing my first duplex needs work...203k lenders/ options

Hello everyone,

I am in the process of purchasing my first multi family property for the purpose of house hacking/ BRRR. The house is a relatively large duplex in Norwood MA; I am able to get the property at a great price however it needs a lot of work. It is a solid house but needs cosmetic remodel before being able to rent, however it's structuraly sound. Therefore I feel as though this would be a perfect candidate for a 203k streamline loan. It will be owner occupied after the remodel is complete.

Does anyone have lender recommendations for the 203k streamline loan process?
