Analyzing a 4-unit in a market where appreciation is not expected.
Property is in excellent condition with no deferred maintenance.
Income is $33,000 and Property Taxes are $10,200. Asking price is $168,000.
It will cash flow nearly $3,000/yr with 20% down and a 10 year mortgage.
I'd like to hear people's thoughts on purchasing a property with taxes so high.
