Tax returns/financial docs for Seller Financing
Hi
I am negotiating a deal with a seller for seller financing on a 10 unit. what financial documents if any are you all giving to the seller( tax returns, personal financial statement etc).
Are you signing a mortgage and a personal note too?
If I am giving 20% I do not want to give tax returns etc. I am giving a good down payment. so wondering...
please share your experiences regarding this.

Anna,
I always wait to see what the seller wants in order to feel comfortable. I understand trying to anticipate objections but by listening to them you will find out what their concerns are. At that time you can decide how comfortable you are with their requests.
