Starting LLC for Multifamily Purchase

Hey BP,

I am purchasing a 32 Unit building and will be purchasing under its own LLC. Do I Start that LLC in WV, the state i'm purchasing the building in, or VA which I conduct most of my business?

Or are there better strategies?
