Im 21 years old soon to be licensed electrician living in Massachusetts with around 5-10k saved up and around a 750 credit score and looking to get a head start on my finical situation for the rest of my life.

I am very eager to learn and willing to listen and work hard and do anything it takes. I wanted to hear from people like your selfs with experience in investing in real-estate and tips that you have picked up along your journey.

Thanks you all in advance

@Joseph Notkin Congrats on deciding to start early!
Here're the steps for you:

1) Read up (or listen to) as many RE investing books as possible until you decide what niche within RE to select for yourself!

2) Join local REI clubs found here on BP or via Meetup site and network with local RE investors.

3) Listen to various RE podcasts to help you select the niche for yourself.

4) Read "The richest man in Babylon". Establish your saving strategy.

5) Take action!
