Hello Forum!

I want to make a specific plan, how many deals to acquire and what is it going to take, a kind of projection for upcoming year/5 years ahead. Anyone has a specific process or template that would be handy? For multifamily properties specifically.

@Martynas Fedotovas  Hello Martina’s.  I would look up Apartment Syndication School by Joe Fairless.  The free content  and podcast , and documents while walk you through the step by step process.
