Many successful investors talk about daily habits they built over months or likely years which seem to get done automatically because the habit is ingrained into daily life. What habit have you built or are trying to build that will hep you improve your apartment investing portfolio?

    Hey @Danny Randazzo This won't be specifically related to what has boosted my apartment investing, but it is directly correlated.

    A few months back I began practicing the whole "Miracle Morning" routine at 5am every morning for 1 hour. I meditate, review goals, journal, read and stretch during the hour and it really focuses and prepares me for the day ahead. Doing all of that, I feel has really boosted the journey
