Selling Multi Family

Viktoria Barrett
Posted

Hello everybody! I’ve found a great multi family that needs to be fixed. It would be my first deal, and I don’t know if I should proceed. My question is: it easier to sell multi family or one family house when house flipping?

Thank you

Overall it's easier to sell a single family house, but there is usually more money in multi family deals.

I have sold single family homes in one day,

they are easier for people to understand and most of the time there are more buyers.

Also, people sometimes get emotional over a house, they see it and they want to live there, sometimes at that point the price is not that important to them.

With multi family buildings buyers are much more interested in how much money the building is producing.
