Help Finding an attorney

When finding a seller that has agreed to seller financing, Im Wondering how I get the contract drawn up.

Are these usually drawn up by an attorney? Where have you found success searching for an attorney and how do I know he/she is good for what I need in real estate? Do I need an attorney?

Anything about seller financing is welcomed and encouraged on this post.

I've bought one house and it was a conventional loan with 20% down. I am trying to avoid using conventional if at all possible. Listening to the BP podcast I have learned it will get much harder getting lenders to do conventional loans with me as I get more and more.

Thank you for your input
