Quit Claim a Quadplex to Two Separate LLC

Hi all, 

I have a quadplex that has two different address number and separate by A and B (123A, 123B, 234A and 234B). I need to quit claim one set of address into an LLC (123A and 123B), and another under my name (234A and 234B). Does anyone know if I can do that? and How I should go about it?
