Developing land for new construction

Hello everyone!

I am looking into building duplexes in and around Orlando, Fl.  My question is, what are all the costs associated with developing the land to make it possible to build on. I have a list of some costs I have found to be included in constructing the property, but not necessarily the land development.  This list includes : lot survey, Temporary electric, site plan, engineer costs, water hookup, energy calculations, health department cost for septic/sewer, permit fees, and site clearing. I'm wondering if site clearing is what my question is pertaining to or if that is after the land development, as in building the pad for the property to be built upon. any guidance on where to find this information or what to do would be greatly appreciated.

Also, if you are already doing this I would love to help you in anyway I can, and would not want anything from it but the knowledge.

Looking forward to hearing from all of you.  Thank you in advance!!
