I saw this review come in.   Luckily I don't really care too much if we get negative reviews.  And normally I don't bother replying.  But I couldn't help myself here. 

This is why multifamily is so fun.  If you're doing fix and flips, either in LA or San Diego, or Houston, you don't get to deal with fun reviews.


Anyone else have any fun reviews they don't mind airing out for us to see?
