Good Afternoon All,

I am currently looking to connect with a local real estate agent who's experienced with working with investors. I am shopping around the North Jersey area and would love to connect and find great deals moving forward. 

I am looking to buy and hold a Multi Family home using the BRRR strategy. The property will be rented out as i am looking to build my portfolio.
