Any apartment syndicators doing deals in Wisconsin?

My team and I are in the last few weeks of closing on our first syndication.  I'd love to connect with others in the area that are also acquiring large apartment buildings.

    I imagine you have already talked to @Brie Schmidt. I know she has done larger single family buys in Milwaukee. Also seems to have some good networking resources you could take advantage of.

    As for me, wish I could do more projects in Wisconsin. Grew up in the Chicago suburbs, and I think there are some great and underrated markets there.
