I will have money to invest by August.

What markets / cities would you recommend right now?  

What is the reasoning for your recommendation?

Looking to buying at least a 15+ unit. 

I would also consider being a part of another syndication as an LP. 

At some point, I would like to be a member of a GP team but not necessarily this year.

We don't need a hot market, but it could be...

Boston, Houston, San Diego, St. Louis, Savannah, Orlando, Cheyenne, wherever.
