Where are you investing now?
I will have money to invest by August.
What markets / cities would you recommend right now?
What is the reasoning for your recommendation?
Looking to buying at least a 15+ unit.
I would also consider being a part of another syndication as an LP.
At some point, I would like to be a member of a GP team but not necessarily this year.
