First multi fam deal
Hello all, just looking for some feed back on this property. It's a 2/1 on second floor and 1/1 on first floor. The 1/1 is rented for 1200 and I would live in the 2/1. Price of the house is 260k. I'm also wondering the amount I should put down. I plan on keeping the property and renting both units down the road. Thanks
