money for reserves to purchase multifamily house

ok so I'm ready to purchase my 3rd multifamily home and the problem I'm facing is I'm about 6k short of my reserves. the mortgage company said I need 6 month mortgages for all 3 multifamily home and my primary.I was wondering if anyone had any tips how to get the extra money I would need to get the loan. Thanks
