Atlanta, GA - 15-40 Units Multifamily - Property Management

We (my brother @Ashish Acharya  and I) are looking to acquire 15-40 units residential property in the next few months and would love to have the team ready.

I am looking for a Property Management Company that specializes in:

• Location: In or an hour away from Perimeter (Atlanta, GA).
• Class : C+ and C-
• Size: 15 - 40 Units (not looking to have an on-site manager or on-site maintenance personnel)

I would really appreciate some recommendation.

Not sure if Neighborhood Reality LLC in Mcdonough work for you since they operate mostly south of Atlanta. They are excellent at keeping your units filled and maintained at a low cost. They charge 6% and usually first months rent. No additional fees such as lease renewal fees and they don't charge you for handling contractors.
