Do two fourplexes on same lot qualify as an 8 plex?

I just want to make sure, or at least figure out whom I contact to make sure this is considered an 8 plex as far as valuation goes.  Both buildings have the same address.  Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

That being said, the value will also be assessed as a commercial property and not a residential correct?  Thanks.
