I am using realtor.com to analyze duplexes I'm Austin TX, I am practicing calculating cash on cash return on deals, I was wondering a good reference point in would be able to get the average rent price for duplexes in austin?

Rentometer is my favorite but you can also go on some local property management websites and look up properties to see what they are renting for. Or Craigslist
