Low inventory in Arizona

I'm really starting to wonder if the good times are coming back. Anybody noticing the drastic decrease in Inventory via MLS, Trustee, REDC, etc. REDC/auction.com has no Fannie inventory left and has been getting into Trustee sales. Where is all this so called shadow inventory? Anybody have insight? How are other markets such as Vegas and the Rust Belt?
